When HR teams don’t trust their data, it makes it really hard to drive strategy. Instead of making proactive decisions, they end up having to be reactive. After looking closely at how HR leaders in mid-sized companies actually work, a clear truth emerged: when they lack confidence in their numbers, they rely heavily on gut feelings to make massive calls.

To cut through the noise, we didn’t go the typical route and just pitch a software solution. Instead, we leaned directly into that pain point. We sought out stories from real HR leaders and shined a light on the reality of relying on your gut in HR, something that happens more often than not.

The goal was to connect with our audience, unpack their stories, and ultimately show them a better way forward. We wanted to prove that with centralized, trustworthy data, HR leaders no longer have to guess. They can finally predict what is coming, anticipate challenges, and clearly prove their team’s impact.

We rolled this audio-first campaign out across organic social, paid ads, and a dedicated web experience. The response was immediate. In the first month alone, we drove over 75,000 organic impressions with above-average engagement, creating a massive, measurable spike in brand and product awareness.
